A Little More Firepower

Yesterday I started production on a new character. I'm keeping the details under wraps for now, but there's some heavy firepower, a touch of crimson, and a battle-hardened presence taking shape. Quiet entrances may not be its specialty.

The aim is grounded, live-action realism: believable materials, practical details, and a design that feels like it could stand in front of a camera. It's still early in production, with plenty of work ahead.

I also finished and delivered a separate character reference package and gave the portfolio a little housekeeping. The gallery now has categories, and the upload folders are organized to match. A few things wrapped up, something new underway, and a little less hunting for the right file.
